Hello, I’m Alison and I’ve been a felter for over 15 years and still absolutely love it!  It’s the magic of seeing humble wool fibres transform into beautiful, seamless and strong pieces of felt, that keeps me hooked! Over the years I have kept experimenting with design and colour in felt and I’m still on that journey. I have also been privileged to attend many workshops with specialist felt artists, both local and international, from whom I have learnt much.  My work is often inspired by everyday, simple visual forms, stripped back, repeated, rotated or manipulated until new shapes and designs emerge.

Participant Experience Level: Participants should have attended a beginner’s felting workshop or know the basics of felting.

Approximate materials cost if you had to buy everything: $30

This is a 2 day workshop.
