Felt Convergence 2025

Southern Hemisphere Felting Convergence registrations are almost full. Don’t miss out, join us in Auckland this September for a multi-faceted felting experience. There will be three different sample workshops from Nancy Ballesteros of Treetops Colour Harmonies and a special zoom-in workshop from Katia Mokeyeva showcasing her Sea Waves patterns.

As always, Convergence is filled to the brim with loads of other sharing contributors, fashion parade, suitcase showcase sales, traders, quiz nights, felt exhibition, just to mention a few….

Nancy will be covering a wide range of techniques. Learn the art of creating fine drapable felted fabrics, something she has been perfecting for years. She will share some pro-colour tips that can be applied to your felting. Create a Natural Rhythms sampler while learning about Fibonacci’s number sequence – an amazingly simple way to help your design aesthetics. For those who loved finger painting as a child, playing around with Silk Hankies will get your creative juices flowing.
