Regular eNews  with updates on the most current events and notices, exclusive access to workshops, with Local, Interstate and International tutors, events & exhibitions, Toss n Tell workdays, half yearly colour printed review plus full access to our web site.
Please note that all memberships and friendships are due 1st July of every year.  Memberships paid for in April and onwards are included in the following financial year.

If you pay via credit card access will be instant but bank transfer requires us to check our bank account before your Membership becomes active.

Membership Year

Membership is valid from 1 July through 30 June of the folllowing year.

FeltWest insurance requires a current membership to participate in activities, including workshops. You will not be able to book an activity if your membership is not valid for the membership year in which the activity takes place.

For example, a 26/27 membership covers workshops held from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. To book a workshop on 1 August 2027, you would first need to renew for the 27/28 membership year.

Lapsed Membership

If you did not renew on or before 30 June your membership will lapse. You will be unable to use the Membership (Renewal) option and will instead need to use this Membership (New) option.

Description

Membership benefits:

  • Workshops – from Beginners through to advanced techniques by experienced tutors from our own Membership, and visiting interstate and international artists. All at very reasonable prices and with easy online payment options.
  • Regular workdays: Third Saturday of every month February to November featuring regular demonstrations of techniques, access to our felting library, and  Toss n Tell – a get together to share felting ideas,  talk about felt, display felted items, obtain feedback and practical assistance, and an opportunity to make felt.  First Tuesday of every month February to November.  Opportunity to make felt and share ideas.
  • eNews with all of our updates concerning events, workshops, opportunities and much more.
  • Access to participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Our Retreat – 3 days and nights of felting.  All you have to do is felt!  Fully catered in beautiful rural setting with comfortable single accommodation – no cooking, no cleaning or washing up!  Just felting.
  • Yearly group project.  Opportunity to be involved and produce an amazing piece of felt.
