Feltwest Christmas Bazaar

Friday - Sunday 4th-6th December

We now have finalised dates for our inaugural Christmas Bazaar the 4th - 6th December. The full program will be published soon but right now we are looking for people to help with the event. Bring us your expertise, or this can be a great opportunity to learn how large events are developed and managed. Either way it is an excellent way to contribute to our amazing organisation whilst having fun along the way. We need people for a variety of tasks with jobs before, during and after the event. If you would like to be a part of the team please email me at feltwest.president@gmail.com to talk further. Or corner me on Saturday!

I also need your images!

We need to design advertising material right now so send me your images. They don't have to be new pieces, stuff from the Royal Show last year would be great. The sooner we start to use social media the better, and the longer lead time we have on printing the cheaper it is.

If you send me images of your work I will send you back edited and sized images for your Facebook cover and posts, and Instagram. Closer to the date we will have printed flyers and posters that can also be circulated and finally electronic invites to disseminate. If you don't have any images handy we can still provide you with generic Feltwest images for uploading

If you haven't already then get felting. Together we can make this a huge success.

Toss n Tell

For the first time in a long time we are shuffling the format of Toss n Tell - we decided to swap it around and hold Toss n Tell first then open the library and bookings followed by the demo. This makes more sense as we usually announce workshops & events but the bookings are closed by then and the demos will be last so if you want you can stay and implement your new skills. The new timetable is below.
This month's demo and popup shop are with Nancy Ballesteros CREATING SILK PAPER FOR FELTMAKERS Come and discover the origins of Silk Paper.
