Stay home if you are unwell, been a close contact or visited an exposure site.
Check in using ServicesWA App or the paper register
Mask are mandatory
Proof of vaccination or exemption is mandatory

The WA Government updated the COVID-19 public health requirements on 5th February, 2022 https://www.wa.gov.au/government/covid-19-coronavirus/covid-19-coronavirus-what-you-can-and-cant-do

Everyone attending Craft House is now required to:

wear a mask properly when indoors
check in with the QR code or paper register on arrival
provide proof of vaccination or a medical exemption to event organisers, as soon as practical on arrival,
stay at home if they have any COVID-19 symptoms, are isolating, or have attended any of the exposure sites listed https://www.wa.gov.au/government/covid-19-coronavirus/covid-19-coronavirus-locations-visited-confirmed-cases

We will be checking for a valid vaccination certificate or a medical exemption at every event. If you are having trouble with the ServicesWA App and your certificate local governments have programs in place to assist you.

Please also be aware that unless everyone in the car resides in the same household

you are also now required to wear a mask in the car.
